Modules : 1 to 5

Description : Induction to general First Aid

Students : Minimum of 15 to a maximum of 30

2.CPR

• Emergency scene management

Duration : 8 hours (1 day)

Target : All employees, contractors and on site workers

Modules : 1 to 4

Description : Induction to general First Aid

Students : Minimum of 5 to a maximum of 15

3.First Aid - Level One

• Emergency scene management
• Basic anatomy & physiology
• Patient management
• Airway, breathing and circulation (ABC)
• Choking
• Bleeding wounds
• Breaks (fractures)
• Burns
• Shock, unconciousness and fainting
• Head and spinal injuries
• Patient recovery

Duration : 16 hours, 2 days

Target : General staff and contractors (all staff)

Modules : 1 to 11

Description : ABC's, CPR, Choking, Bleeding etc

Students : Minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10

4.First Aid - Level Two

• Casualty management
• Artificial respiration
• CPR - one rescuer (adult)
• CPR - differences with children
• Choking
• Wounds and bleeding
• Shock, unconciousness and fainting
• Fractures
• Burns
• Head and spinal injuries
• Environmental illness and injuries
• Poison, bites and stings
• Joint injuries and rescue carry methods
• Chest injuries
• Hand injuries
• Eye injuries
• Chest pains and paralysis
• Epilepsy
• Management of foreign objects

Duration : 24 hours

Target : First Aiders with level 2 (advancement, expiry)

Modules : 1 to 21

Description : Paralysis, Poisoning, Water Accidents etc

Certification : A Certificate of Training will be issued to all candidates
