Administration

Quotations

All quotations submitted are tailored to best suit each Client's special needs and requirements. They are valid for 15 days from date of issue.

Bookings

A Vat invoice will be issued upon receipt of a signed booking confirmation form.

Cancellations

Cancellations or postponements of training must be recieved in writing 5 working days, prior to the course or seminar. A cancellation or postponement fee of 100% will be levied should written cancellation not be recieved.

Invoicing

An invoice will be issued once the booking confirmation has been signed. The invoice is delivered on commencement of the training.

Payment

Payment is to be made on completion of the training.

Certificates

These are issued within a week after completion of the training, to successful candidates.
Subject to payment having been recieved.
